We engaged a number of NYC creators during the launch period to generate more excitement around the block party and store opening. One of our partners was NYC Street TikTok creator @isaaclikes_ whose content focuses on asking New Yorkers about their favorite spots in the city. The collaborative IG reel features the interior and exterior of the LES Kotn store, and promoted the upcoming block party. The post resulted in 66% surge in profile visits and 23% increase in external link taps within 24 hours of the content going live.
